Frequently asked questions

To become a trustee, choose an available district whose children you want to support, sign a charitable assistance agreement and make the first payment according to the schedule in the agreement.
Depending on the amount of support, there are three categories of trustees:
1) Regional Trustee — a person supporting students from one or more regions;
2) District Trustee — a person supporting students from one or more districts;
3) Rural Trustee — a person supporting students from one or more rural schools.

The agreement is signed for one academic year (September–June).
The contribution can be paid by bank transfer in two ways:
1. Using the bank details specified in the agreement.
2. Through the Kaspi app in the Payments section.

The agreement can be signed by either a legal entity or an individual.

The Foundation prepares reports on events held and sends them to the Trustee. Every year the Foundation also sends an audit opinion from an independent auditor and combined reports on income and expenditure.

By agreement with Trustees, information is published on the Foundation’s official website, social media, mass media and internal corporate publications.

The Foundation invites Trustees to all events involving children.

Only regional and district trustees can become IQ CLUB members after signing a charitable assistance agreement with the Foundation. The Trustee may then join IQ CLUB if they wish and pay the annual membership fee.
