Career guidance is a set of processes — from education and testing to internships and conversations with professionals — that help finalists choose their future career field.
Expected results:
• preparing finalists for a well-founded career choice that meets personal interests as well as social needs and labour-market demand;
• smoother socialisation of graduates.

Mentoring
A project that brings together successful people of Kazakhstan to support IQanat finalists and share knowledge, experience and values.
Goal: to develop key skills in a chosen field and increase the motivation of IQanat programme participants, taking into account their individual needs and interests, without direct interference in their lives.
Expected results:
• forming a socially successful personality, raising a generation of mentors from among IQanat students and building a community of professional IQanat mentors to support rural children of Kazakhstan.

Unified National Testing
In the 2023–2024 academic year the Foundation developed and launched the UNT-IQanat 2024 project, aimed at systematic and comprehensive preparation of grade 11 students in the Foundation’s post-olympiad support programme.
Expected results:
• Effective preparation with a teacher-mentor will lead to higher UNT scores;
• In-depth preparation for the theoretical and practical parts of the subject will help students handle different types of tasks;
• UNT preparation requires effective learning strategies that will be useful in the future;
• A responsible approach to UNT preparation will increase students’ motivation for personal development.
